Moments at Novabridge Summit 2026

More than an annual gathering, the Summit provided space for people to connect, for strategy to be clarified, and for direction to be translated into action. It reinforced the standards and mindset that define how Novabridge works and delivers value: the Novabridge Way.

Coming together in person created the opportunity for open conversations, shared understanding, and stronger connections that will continue to support Novabridge’s growth.

Reflecting on 2025: A Year of Strong Momentum

Building on the progress made throughout 2025, the Summit was also an opportunity to reflect on the achievements that shaped Novabridge’s momentum heading into 2026.

  • On 8 January 2025, Novabridge was officially recognised as a ServiceNow Elite Partner for Consulting and Implementation, reinforcing its position among the leading delivery partners in the region.
  • Throughout 2025, Novabridge strengthened its footprint across ANZ by expanding ServiceNow implementation capabilities into New Zealand, supporting organisations locally with deeper expertise and delivery capacity.
  • Novabridge’s specialised excellence was recognised with the GuardRails Partner of the Year Award 2025 (APAC/EMEA), presented by Dyna Software Inc. - a back-to-back win that highlights sustained customer impact and trusted partnership.
  • Novabridge’s ResQNow solution, led by Claire Kirby and Jacob Parsons, secured the Top Spot – First Place at ServiceNow’s 2025 ANZ Partner Hackathon, highlighting Novabridge’s innovation capability and execution excellence within the ServiceNow ecosystem.
  • Across the year, Novabridge continued investing in delivery excellence - refining processes, strengthening internal capability, and scaling service standards in line with Elite Partner expectations.

These achievements provided a strong platform for the organisation to move forward with clarity, confidence, and collective momentum.

In her opening message, CEO Anne-Maree Lowe reflected on the significance of the Summit:
